I love pictures. I love capturing a moment in time. I love how you can look at a good picture and be transported back to that moment. You can remember what you were feeling and thinking. Pictures of our kidsย are especially precious. They grow and change so quickly that it’s easy to forget how little they once were. Seems like just the other day that my son was toddling around, bringing me ‘Hop on Pop’ to read to him over and over and over…and then I turned around and he is starting the second grade.

 

Every year I take a 1st day of school pic, and looking back at them always makes me smile. I came across a post today that had awesome ideas for ‘1st day’ pics and I wanted to share them with you. I especially love the ones that are photoshopped to include the list of their favorite things ๐Ÿ™‚
