My baby girl started preschool this year and I couldn’t believe the mixture of happiness and sadness it brought upon me. She just told me the other night that she can’t be my baby forever and that she really wants to be a grown-up. Whaaaaa?!

I know many parents are so proud of their little school-goers, but bringing them home from school can prove to be a flurry of activity. The kids tend to be hyped up and HUNGRY. Before you know it, unhealthy snacks are consumed and there is nothing you can do about it. The best way to avoid this craziness is preparation.
