New Release: The Loretta Dress
Friends, this Tuesday we have a new dress being released that we know you will LOVE. We just released the name over on our Facebook page and we love the reasoning behind it. The dress is called Loretta because Loretta Perfectus Walsh was the first woman in the US to enlist in the Navy. How perfect is that name for this dress? We absolutely adore the name and the look.
Adventure waits somewhere beyond the sea … it’s there, waiting for her. Make sure she’s ready for it, in this classically pretty design. Crisp navy and white stripes, a curly-twirly hem, and ruffled pockets with decorative buttons all combine in one adorable halter dress. Whether she’s strolling along the boardwalk, twirling on the golden sands, or watching the ships that go sailing … she’ll be comfortably fabulous and happy beyond a doubt.
This design is named in honor of Loretta Perfectus Walsh, first American woman to enlist for active duty in the Navy. She served during World War 1 and helped pave the way for all women currently serving in the Navy. Loretta Walsh โฆ Trailblazer. Fighter. Heroine.
