I’ve told you how we feel about legos in my world right? They are absolutely wonderful! Best toy ever! So much fun!! …and they are EVERYWHERE!! In a big bin under my son’s bed, in the bottom drawer of his dresser, on top of his dresser, on the shelves on the wall, on the bookcase, on the floor. We have legos running out our ears…not literally of course, but you get the point πŸ˜‰ . That’s why I got excited when I saw this idea about how to organize lego minifigures–it organizes them and they become a cool decoration too!!

Awesome idea for organizing all of those Lego mini-figures and SO easy to do!

You take a frame, any size you want and get rid of the glass. For the back, you can use black cardboard or posterboard or paint the back of the frame…and it doesn’t necessarily have to be black-use whatever color you’d like! Then you need to decide how you want to set up your minifigures. How many do you want to fit on there? How far apart do they need to be spaced? How large of a brick do you want them standing on? (These are personal calls, depending on your child and what you think would be best for their needs.) Next you take gorilla glue (or any crazy strong adhesive) and put just a bit on the brick, then stick it to the back of your frame. Presto! A super cool minifigure decoration!!

I’m soo going to do this…when I have some spare time…at some point…hopefully. πŸ™‚

Here’s where I got the idea:

Does anybody have any other awesome crafty-organizational ideas? I’d love to hear them!!
