Week 3 of My FAB Journey
Hello again!
It is with sadness that I must report that my FAB journey has taken a blow this past week. Although I have been eating better, I am still sneaking snacks, not drinking enough water, and am not being active enough. To top it all off, I am not doing well with my work-life balance. I am determined to make this week a better week but instead of weighing myself down with a hundred demands, I am going to work on two things a week to try to make a pattern for myself. I am hoping this will give me the ability to making small changes that become habits so I can keep adding to my healthy, balanced life.
Here are the two things I will be working on this week:
1. Going to sleep before 10:30 PM nightly.
2. Drinking at least 145 ounces of water a day. (Based on the information from here.)
I will have new goals next week and hope to have these two down to habits by then.
My stats have not changed but I believe they will budge next week!
